My work sits at the intersection of fitness operations, human performance, recreation programming, facility management, and organizational systems. I specialize in turning complex operational environments into clear procedures, reliable teams, and measurable execution.

Outside of work, I’m usually drawn toward movement, travel, food, and outdoor experiences. I enjoy running, biking, paddleboarding, hiking, scuba diving, and exploring places with strong food culture and natural scenery. I’m at my best when there is a balance of structure and openness: having a general direction, but leaving enough room for discovery, challenge, and immersion.

Large-scale facility leadership
Challenge. A high-volume fitness facility required reliable operations across staffing, patron service, events, safety, equipment, and facility readiness.
Department-level operational coordination
Challenge. Multiple facilities and program areas required stronger alignment across training, inspections, communication, equipment, staff support, and strategic execution.
Event planning and execution
Challenge. A large youth fitness testing event required clear staffing, participant flow, station management, safety planning, parent control, and timeline execution.
Systems improvement and accountability
Challenge. Facility inspection findings needed to be converted into a clearer corrective-action process that could track recurring issues and support follow-up.
Staff development and workflow improvement
Challenge. Staff needed practical training tools to support adoption of Microsoft Forms, Planner, Bookings, and related workflow systems.
Entrepreneurial product development and data systems
Challenge. Users needed a better way to find current happy hour options based on time, location, and verified venue information.
